I hate MAC ads hmmm....
It was a pretty good flash, i'll give you that.
I think the issue between Microsoft and Apple is pretty touchy and sensitive. Both operating systems have they're up and downs, then there's Linux, which we all know, is only good for people who know what they're doing.
Reading some of the earlier reviews made me think, most of them were a bit harsh on one OS, but fortunately there were also some for both sides. I think that if you don't know what your talking about, then you shouldn't be talking. For example, Macs can be customized, people have said you can't upgrade them and once they become outdated, that's the end etc... However, they can be upgraded, when you buy additional memory, you can install it yourself rather than paying someone an extra $200 to install it. That would be the simplest method of upgrading, for everything else, if you have money, it can be done. As for customizing, there are plenty of things that can be done, such as changing the dock, text, icons and so on.
As for Windows, people think that they can do everything a Mac can + more, that's not entirely true, they definitely have an advantage for compatibility, however exclusive applications on Macs like some in iLife, can have many similarities and such, but don't have every little detail. If games are the only thing you want to do on your computer, sure, grab a Windows computer, they do have a major advantage.
As for me, I prefer to do my work on a Mac and fun on Windows. Although if I'm going to play games, I'd rather use a console.
Windows are definitively not as pretty as Macs in everything, the physical computer, the GUI etc. But Windows is harder to use (I mean this in a good way). It means that there are less idiots that have no idea what they are doing (if there are, then they'll probably break the computer).
Windows is the current leading brand in computers. Only 5% of computers in the IT industry are Macs. There is a reason for this. If you can use a Windows computer correctly, then you will be much more productive. However many Windows computers there are, the amount of Macs, is beginning to catch up.
Finally, I end with this, Mac, PC, they're all good (more likely bad). They're only computers. hopefully I didn't sound biased, to either side, although if I did, it would probably be towards Mac. It just frustrates me, that people get stuck to one side, which when it's Windows, they usually freak out when somebody says "Apple" or "Mac". When they're on Mac's side, they cower away when somebody says "Microsoft" or "Windows"
